You were never meant to stay the same.

There comes a point where you realize that no amount of coping, overthinking or "working on yourself" is creating the level of change you truly desire. Maybe it was actually spiritual bypassing the deeper root cause.

You begin to recongnize that the patterns shaping your life are deeper than logic - and that real transformation must happen at the root.

That is the work I do.

Butterfly On Wall

I guide individuals through deep subconscious transformation using my signature method, the Sovereign Identity Recode; a process designed to dissolve emotional charge, disrupt limiting patterns, and restructure identity from the inside out.

My work is for those who are ready to move beyond survival patterns, emotional chaos, and outdated versions of themselves and step fully into who they know are meant to be.

My Approach

Transformation is not about becoming someone new.

It is about removing what no longer aligns so your true identity can emerge naturally and powerfully.

Through subconscious reprogramming, identity recoding, emotional neutralization, and expanded state work, I help clients create lasting internal shifts that ripple into every area of life.

This work is intentional, precise, an deeply transformative.

It is not surface-level change.

It is identity-level transformation.

My Story...

I have always been deeply intuitive.

At a younger age, however, I often overrode that intuition with logic—rationalizing that my inner knowing could not possibly make sense. Like many people, I learned to trust what was practical, explainable, and accepted over the quiet nudges within me.

Yet every time I ignored those nudges, life seemed to move further off course. At the time, I could never understand why.

In the early 2000’s, I became a Reiki practitioner. That experience created the first real foundation for me to begin trusting myself more deeply. I started recognizing that I could feel and know things long before I could logically explain them.

Then my life changed completely.

In the late 2000’s, my son was diagnosed with cancer at only three years old.

In that moment, my entire perception of life shifted. The future suddenly felt too vast and overwhelming to comprehend. He faced more than three years of chemotherapy, and I could no longer focused on someday, eventually, or what might happen next.

The only thing that existed was the present moment.

That experience fundamentally changed me (or so I thought). It stripped away everything society taught me to prioritize and revealed what truly matters: being fully present in the now and making sure those that are important to us, don’t ever question their importance.

Eventually, the treatments ended and life slowly began to stabilize again. I convinced myself we were safe. I returned to working long hours, pushing forward, and slipping back into the pace and pressure of everyday life.

Then my body began to break down.

I lost my memory. I struggled to speak. I was exhausted constantly. Eventually, I was diagnosed with a rare condition requiring neurosurgery.  The chronic stress had significantly impacted my body and nervous system, it was shutting down because I stopped listening to it.

Not long after, I suffered a severe snowboarding injury that required reconstructive surgery on my dominant arm, leaving me unable to use it for months. At the same time, my relationship completely unraveled.

When I looked back at my life, I saw a pattern: constant pushing, surviving, overriding myself, enduring chaos, and calling it strength.

But where had it actually led me?

Physically exhausted. Emotionally fractured. Completely disconnected from who I truly was.

The person staring back at me in the mirror was no longer someone I recognized.

For a time, I followed the advice of others, trying to “put myself back together” in the ways I was told I should. Yet everything continued falling apart.

Then I made a different decision.

I began listening to myself again.

Slowly, things started shifting.

I realized I was no longer willing to allow trauma, circumstances, or other people to define who I would become. I knew there had to be a deeper path to transformation—one that went beyond coping and reached the root of our emotional and subconscious patterns.

That journey eventually led me into psychedelic-assisted healing for PTSD. Having never experienced plant-based medicine before, I had no idea what to expect. What I discovered was a profound exploration into the hidden parts of myself I had spent years avoiding.

Those experiences changed my perspective entirely.

But more importantly, they revealed something deeper to me: profound transformation should not depend solely on medicine. I intuitively knew there had to be a way to access these shifts naturally through the subconscious mind itself.

That is when M.A.P. Coaching entered my life.

Through this work, I witnessed the incredible ability of the mind to neutralize emotional patterns, release trauma at the root, and remove the power those experiences once held over a person’s life.

I became certified immediately.

From there, my path continued evolving. I also recognized the important role psychedelics can play for individuals navigating profound trauma, emotional shutdown, or fear around exploring the deeper parts of themselves. This led me to become a Certified Psychedelic Facilitator, where I now guide clients safely through preparation, facilitation, and integration.

As my work deepened, many clients began describing our sessions as feeling deeply hypnotic. That curiosity led me into hypnotherapy and past life regression work, where I became certified, once again—expanding my understanding of consciousness, identity, and transformation even further.

Today, my work integrates everything I have lived, studied, and experienced.

I do not believe healing comes from someone “fixing” you.

I believe the answers people are searching for already exist within them.

My role is not to give advice—it is to guide. To create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals reconnect with themselves, dissolve the patterns no longer serving them, and step into the version of themselves they were always meant to become.

It has been an incredible privilege to witness clients transform their lives in ways they once believed were impossible.

As within, so without.

My Moto

If there is an uncomfortable emotion, that's only your nervous system telling you something wants to be seen and healed.
