Booking Policy

At Sovereign, we prioritize deep transformational work. All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation of the space and recoding protocols. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with pre-session instructions to begin neutralizing emotional charges before our appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that reclaiming one's sovereignty is a journey that can encounter life's unexpected turns. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 24-72 hours are subject to a rescheduling fee to honor the preparation time invested in your specific identity recoding session.

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and intimate nature of our identity recoding services, Sovereign maintains a strict no-refund policy for completed sessions. However, if you feel that the session did not meet your expectations for shift at the root level, we offer a follow-up consultation to ensure integration and continued progress on your path to clarity.

Liability and Consent

By engaging in a Sovereign session, you acknowledge that hypnotherapy and identity recoding are complementary tools and not a replacement for professional medical or psychiatric advice. You take full responsibility for your own sovereignty and mental well-being during and after the recoding process.

By booking or participating in any service offered through Sovereign Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

These services are intended to support personal growth, emotional processing, mindset transformation, and self-awareness.

No Medical or Psychological Advice

Services provided through Sovereign Studio are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Sovereign Studio does not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or licensed healthcare services.

Clients are encouraged to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional regarding any medical or psychological concerns.

Participation in services is voluntary and clients accept full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Client Responsibility

Transformation requires personal responsibility, openness, and willingness to engage in the process. Results vary between individuals and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, experiences, or results. Clients acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and changes made following sessions are solely their own responsibility.

Psychedelic Services Disclaimer

Sovereign Studio does not provide, prescribe, sell, or administer psychedelic substances. Any psychedelic preparation or integration support services are educational and supportive in nature only. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Confidentiality

All client information and session content are treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law or where there is risk of harm to the client or others.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).Payment processing fees may apply to credit card transactions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session payment. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of transformational services, all sales and session fees are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed services, partially completed programs, missed appointments, or change of mind.

Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks, teachings, and content provided by Sovereign Studio remain the intellectual property of Sovereign Studio and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in services offered through Sovereign Studio, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their participation and release Sovereign Studio from liability related to decisions, actions, emotional responses, or outcomes resulting from services provided.

Agreement

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or participating in any offering through Sovereign Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
